::: ABOUT THE FILM :::

LIKE, TOTALLY is the third short film by student filmmaker Chris Tse.  His past credits include DRESS and CONTACT/CLOSER (made for the 2001 Wellington Fringe Film festival Special Competition).  In addition to short films, Chris has also directed two music videos: SHE MEANS NOTHING for Orange Farm and BELIEVE IN ME for Kat Angus, which is an entrant in this year's NZ Music Video Awards.

LIKE, TOTALLY traces the rise and fall of NZ's own manufactured boyband Wassup!.  The shorter festival edit (subtitled THIS IS THE REMIX) concentrates on the two storylines involving the fans and the band's preparations for their first live concert.

In addition to the band, portrayed by JONNY THOMPSON, ANDREW JAMES, RAJEEV MISHRA and NICK COTON, the film features a stellar supporting cast of characters, each with their own idiosyncracies.
